ALDO ELINOR - Men Dress Fashion Shoes

You'll have all the right lines in this chic leather loafer featuring refined topstitching and a structured square toe.

T-shirts are a very hot item right now and there are many online businesses that have become very successful in producing their own t-shirts and selling them. The reason the t-shirt industry is so profitable is because almost everyone around the world wears t-shirts. You can find virtually any kind of t-shirt you want to fit whatever kind of mood you are in and whatever kind of message or fashion statement you are trying to get across. T-shirts are made to appeal to everyone and they do, it's one of the very few markets that have that universal appeal.

One of the hottest t-shirts on the market today is the vintage style t-shirt. People like to re-live a time in their past that they really enjoyed and feel very nostalgic about. They often go looking for retro or vintage designs and t-shirts that they might have worn back when they were a kid. Many times it can be a reminder of a simpler, better time in their life when they weren't dealing with the difficult events of current everyday life.

There are t-shirt companies that are actually reproducing old designs from the past and making new shirts from these designs. This is great for people looking for these vintage t-shirts because it makes it easier for them to track down that perfect design they have been looking for all this time. Since they are being reprinted, finding a size is often not an issue as well. Many online websites even offer customization to the shirt including adding a graphic you like on almost any color. You can make it the perfect shirt that you have either always wanted or have been looking for forever.

If you find a design that you love, a lot of the online shops also have the option of putting them on other objects and gifts as well. You can put it on objects like hats, mouse pads, coffee mugs, tote bags, ties, hoodies, sweatshirts, teddy bears, key chains and many other things. If it has the ability to be printed on, there should be no problem in customizing it to fit your needs.

Vintage t-shirts and gifts are not only great for you, but can be the perfect thing to give another person. If you know that a person is very nostalgic and likes to talk about "the good old days", finding a design that they remember and giving it to them as a gift on a t-shirt or another object can bring a smile to their face. Everyone likes being reminded of a cherished time in their lives, and getting them a vintage style t-shirt is a one way to help them do that. Now not only will they think about the good old days when wearing or using the gift, but they will think about the person who gave the gift to them as well.

ALDO ALDENAT - Men Sport Fashion Shoes

In 1995, Science Fiction writer, Neal Stephenson wrote about nanofabric that stayed cleaned. He referred to fabricules as the self-cleaning fabric.

Now the U.S. Airforce has made Science Fiction come to life. There is a new technology which attaches nanoparticles to clothing fibers using microwaves. These chemicals will repel water, oil and bacteria, because they are directly bounded to the nanoparticles. These two elements combine to create a protective coating on the fibers of the material. This coating both kills bacteria, and forces liquids to bead and run off.

The U.S. Military spent more than 20 million to develop the fabric.

During Desert Storm, most casualties were from bacterial infections not accidents or friendly fire. Jeff Owens, one of the scientists who worked to develop the process said.

They treated underwear of soldiers who worn them for several weeks and it was found to stay hygienic. Not only did the underwear stay clean, but it was also reported that it cleared up some skin complaints.

In 1951, there was a film called, The Man in the White Suit. This film had the general idea of clothes that never got dirty. In 1961, the Science Fiction writer, Stanislaw Lem, wrote about spray-on clothing, in his novel, Return From the Stars. In the Utopian world of the novel, life's necessities are readily available to every one including single-use, original clothing.

Once again the science world brought science fiction to true life.

Fabrican is fabric in a can yes, it's true. Spray on a shirt or dress, right out of the can. The fabric looks similar to a thin cotton teeshirt, but it's very clingy. Fabrican is the creation of Manel Torres, a post-graduate from the Royal College of Art.

This cloud of non-woven cloth is made by spraying a chemical formula directly onto the skin. Thousands of fibers splatter against your skin. The fibers bind together to create disposable apparel. It's as tough as hemp for some uses, or soft as silk for others.

As the future comes to us at warp speed, another idea in a novel is coming to life. In William Gibson's 1984 novel, Neuromancer, he writes: The Panther Modern leader, who introduced himself as Lupus Yonderboy, wore a polycarbon suit with a recording feature that allowed him to replay backgrounds at will.

A real-life polycarbon suit is the dream of Greg Sotzing of the University of Connecticut, in Storrs.
He has developed threads of electrochromic polymers which change color in response to an applied electric field.

This is how it works:

A mixture of differently colored threads would be knitted or woven into a teeshirt or blanket, along with a small number of thin metal wires connected to a battery pack and a micro-controller. The crisscrossing wires effectively divide the shirt into pixels. Each colored thread changes its state at different voltages, so by varying the voltage between different pairs of wires you can change the color of each pixel. By connecting the controller to a camera, it could even be made to switch the pixels to display a pattern matching your surroundings.

Electrochromic polymers are colored because the electrons in their chemical bonds can absorb light across a range of visible wavelengths. When a voltage is applied it changes the energy levels of these electrons, causing them to absorb light of a different wavelength, and changing the material's color. When the voltage is reversed, the electrons return to their usual energies and the original color returns.

This teeshirt is still in the process of being made, but they already have been successful in creating fibers which will turn from orange to blue, and from red to blue, according to New Scientist print edition.

ALDO CARLAND - Women City Fashion Shoes

Slip on this flat-heeled round toe with pleated detailing for a cutesy chic look.

Today, the influence of 60's retro clothing can be seen everywhere. Designer fashion houses, high street outlets, and fashion conscious trendsetters all take inspiration from this decade. The 1960's was responsible for revolutions in music, film, and fashion, which may be why it is so well loved by vintage clothing aficionados.

The 1960's was an era of innovation and new thinking. Fashion was heavily influenced by the younger generations who were spending their wages on clothes and music. A school leaving age of fifteen meant that most teenagers over this age had full time jobs and an income to facilitate this spending.

Fashion followed three main phases but there were several popular sub genres too. In the early part of the 60's fashion followed similar trends to the late 50's such as the full skirt and Chanel suits. This was followed by the up rise of mini skirts, the Mary Quant and Vidal Sassoon looks. It was these that formed the 'definitive' 60's look and by the end of the decade, the hippy look was more prevalent with long hair, and kaftans.

The most iconic looks of the 1960's can be split depending on your sex. For women, it was the almost Carnaby chic look with mini skirts, short angular haircuts, and knee length boots. For men, the 60's brought the mod look with Italian slim fitting suits and skinny ties. These were the looks that defined the era, for many are still popular today, and still influence British fashion and style.

Even if you take a look at the popular movies from the 1960's, these styles can be seen. Music too influenced the fashion and vice versa. Many of the major bands during this decade helped set the trends, which again were largely bought by the younger generations.

The late 60's gave way to the hippy style, which was heavily influenced by the music culture. Long hair, beads, and kaftans were the order of the day and flared trousers and jeans were being worn by anyone who had a real eye for fashion. Not everyone however favoured this style. For some it was too scruffy therefore, a blend of this and mod style emerged where double-breasted suits with wider leg trousers bridged the gap.

60'S style keeps on coming back. You only have to look at the late 70's and early 80's, to see this when Two-Tone music and fashion became popular with 60's inspired monochrome fashion and a new take on the mod look.

Even if you look around your typical town or city, you are likely to see someone whose style has been influenced in some way by the fashion trends this decade had to offer. It could be 60's dresses; maybe it is someone sporting a 60's inspired skinny tie or pointed shoes. Whatever it is, 60's style, and 60's vintage clothes will continue to re-emerge time after time after time.
